well, firstly, Eddie clearly no longer does his stunts or runs after anyone. He always just borrows the closes vehicle, whether it's a lil parking scooter to a huge snow plow truck. Actually, the part I liked the most was when Eddie was going to book a room at a fancy hotel. Immediately, I knew he was going to try to fast talk, but he's tired and says screw it and just pays and gets the room in his own name instead of whatever scheme he was thinking. That was the funniest part to me. The only part that didn't rehash all his other schemes which don't work as well anymore. If it's a gloomy day outside and you have nothing better to do, give it a watch. Otherwise, I think Part 1 and 2 are the best and I think this one should have been part 3. A lot of old guy "jokes" get tired. Mind you, Eddie certainly looks younger than Taggert and Billy!
This movie is not for kids unless they know swearing, and that means kids under 13 , cause we all know kids over 13 know more swear words than their parents from school and their friends. For those over 16 who love action , comedy , somewhat jaded this is a 5 star move. This movie is not for the prissy but if you are a little bit jaded and imaged how dead pool and wolverine this is a movie for you, tons on insider jokes. I have not laughed this much in a movie in 30 years. I loved it.

The truth
Filming the devastating affects of war on a local scale was good with good sets intertwined through the movie with actual war footage or scenes where the lead was actually over in the middle east taking pics of actual war. Good contrast to show fighting a foreign enemy and your own friends and neighbours. Some scenes are disturbing like hanging someone you know...which this really felt like The Purge. People clearly committing a LOT of war crimes. Executing your own compatriots! Shows everyday state militia or just towns people with guns do not have the discipline like if they were actually in the military. All in all, I was not sure who was bad or who was good or how this all came about. Maybe they just wanted to show the tail end of a civil war and it doesn't matter how they got there, but that this is what can happen? One interesting part is the town that was not ravaged by war. They clearly knew what was happening outside their town, and there were some that were ready, but they didn't get sucked into it and just want to keep living their lives. It was ok. A bit interesting the more I think about it.
It was ok with a few nods to the first movie, but ultimately, it's just people chasing tornados and Dorothy actually works this time. Also, that chemical they use, when was this discovered? Are people in real life using this? It's a movie to watch if you're bored.
Great movie about the best President America has ever had. We need another one like Reagan.

This is a disturbing film. If you are a horror fan, go see it now! If you do not have a strong stomach or are disturbed easy, stay away. This is a very sick film, but very well done.
