  I am thoroughly loving this series! It is a very realistic, portrayal of what it might’ve been like when Jesus walked the Earth. I love the character development of the disciples. It is well worth the time to watch all the seasons.

  The scenery is fabulous the costumes are spot on. Can't wait to see the part 2 and 3!! Loved when Jesus proclaimed with his whip in hand his father's house has become a den of thieves. Made me pause and ponder how much greed and demonic sin there is today in our world. Praying more people follow Christ. Recommend this to all non believers and followers of Christ.

  I loved the marketplace section where He cleansed the Temple of the cheating money changers and the making of the whip, the joy and dancing of the wedding where He, the son of God, blesses the couple and the proclamation of a child that He is the son of David. It is a wonderful movie about the last Passover with His talmidim which included the triumphal entry into Jerusalem on the colt. It had so many truths.

  Great series. For the idiots that didn't like it. ...stay home. You knew from the beginning that it was made for movies. No one ever intended it to be more than just a movie.. not pure gospel.

  Lots of fiction with a pinch of truth equals true deception. Poor writing mediocre performances, waste of time and money. Watch the Gospel of John free on YouTube for the true gospel and not fictionalized gospel with copious amounts of nothing burger dialog and 21st century quips and comebacks that demean the true gospel of Christ. Truly a modern day cinematic digital blasphemy.

  Not only is the material for this movie the best ever, the cinematography is stellar! The way they are weaving in and out of the Last Supper even is just brilliant! The triumphal entry, with the juxtaposition of the joy and mirth of the followers, the smiles from Jesus, interwoven with the heartache Jesus feels as he thinks ahead to what is to come, were so very well done. The attention to an often overlooked Scripture passage where we are told that Jesus made the whip which He then used to drive the money-changers from the Temple was very much appreciated. I am anxious to see Parts 2 and 3 now. This is a show which really needs, at least this season, to be experienced on the big screen. Dallas Jenkins and his team have definitely outdone themselves with the season!

  The Chosen doesn't disappoint. It's getting a little rough now, but it is the Lenten season, and we are coming up on Holy Week. Let the greatest story in the world come to life. Open your heart to Jesus' truth, humility, righteous anger, forgiveness and love. He is CRAZY about YOU, He thirsts for you! Give Jesus a try. What do you have to lose? :)

  I see some reviews 1 in particular stating their is nothing in the new Testament Bible that says the stories are made up and not in the Bible your bearing false witness Matthew 9:1-8 healing of paralytic woman Matthew 14:13-21raising of jairus' daughter from the dead Matthew 14:22-33 Jesus walking on water and others mark 8:22-26 mark 5:22-43 mark 4:35-41 Luke 5:12-16 luke8:43-48 john11:1-44 John 2:1-11 john4:46-54 it is there it is real and I pray every day for all you non believers that God somehow shows you the light before its to late I don't want to see noone go to hell even if I don't know you nor does it matter what kind of person you are or bad things you've done he forgives all but blasphemy just ask for forgiveness and change your ways don't sin no more Noone is perfect but we should all try to be and help each other this is a Testament to God from me to all of you in Jesus name amen
