Oscar-nominated director David Lynch takes the audience on an intimate journey through the formative years of his life. Born in Missoula, Montana, young David and his family moved from one state to another as his scientist father was relocated over and over again for work.
After experiencing culture shock as he attended the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in a rundown area of Philadelphia, Lynch began working on his first film: Eraserhead, which went on to become a cult classic. Lynch retraces this and other events in his life that have helped shape him into being one of cinema's most enigmatic directors.
